Hallo zusammen,

wir sind mit "Just Aida" auf die Transasien Route gerutscht und freuen uns auf 18 Tage AIDA. Fliegen ab Frankfurt - Dubai - Cochin / Antalja - Köln zurück und haben noch keine genauen Flugdaten.

Wir sind Andi (45 Jahre - München ) und Melanie (44 Jahre - Voerde), sind AIDA erfahren und würden auch ohne AIDA unsere Touren buchen wie wir es meist getan haben. Im Schnelldurchlauf haben wir jetzt alle Beiträge im Forum gelesen. Gibt es noch bei den privat geplanten Touren freie Plätze denen wir uns anschließen könnten? Ausschluss Luxor, da waren wir schon mit AIDA!

wir haben uns entschieden, nachfolgende Tour zu buchen, bisher sind wir zu viert.

For passengers arriving on cruise ships, we offer custom tours in Mumbai that include pickup and drop from / to the docks.

This tour tells the story of the transformation of Mumbai from a mono-cultural sleepy fishing hamlet into a melting pot that is today the commercial capital of India. The tour will showcase all aspects of Mumbai – the narrow geographical layout, the coastline, the daily commuting, the various communities that make up the city, the old heritage district, the old commercial and residential districts and the upcoming districts.

The tour includes a short walk through the Heritage District and the Kala Ghoda Art Precinct.

The tour covers all the must-see places on any traveller's itinerary:

The Gateway of India, and the area around it
Regal Circle and the heritage buildings there, including the Prince of Wales Museum, NGMA, Police Headquarters, etc.

You need not follow this itinerary - we'd be happy to create a custom-tour for you, based on your interests. If there's something else on our website that interests you, let us know, and we will try and fit it into the day.

In these tours, there are no hard and fast rules about what you can do. People usually just tell the guides their interests, or some specific places they want to see, and the guides fit them into the available time. We get all sorts of requests - people want to try fast food or other cuisines, culture and religion tours, bazaar walks, visits to people's homes, slum tours, train rides, bus rides, flea markets, Jewish heritage tours, shopping for specific things, tailoring, art galleries and museums...I run a personalized tour service that accommodates all these things. In fact, you'll probably end up doing and seeing more than what you thought you could accomplish. The tours last 6-8 hours per day depending on your interest and level of tiredness. 

The prices of our tours per day effective from 1-Sep-2012 are as follows:

Rs 2750 per person for a group of 9-16 people 

Rs 3000 per person for a group of 7-8 people 

Rs 3500 per person for a group of 5-6 people 

Rs 4000 per person for a group of 4 people 

Rs 5000 per person for a group of 3 people 

Rs 6500 per person for a couple 

The price we charge includes the following: 

- Pick up from inside the docks (Chauffeur-driven air-conditioned Toyota Innova car) at the point where your ship berths. For larger groups above 4 people, we use an air-conditioned coach. The driver and guide will wait with a placard / signboard with your name on it. 

- Cultured, highly qualified and knowledgeable lady guide. I have fourteen guides - they are no-nonsense women who know the city intimately, and like showing it to people. They speak English, German, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, French and Arabic. They each have 15-20 years experience in guiding, or more. We have German-speaking guides but at the moment they are already assigned to other tours. So we can only offer English tours.

- Well researched and personalized tour itinerary that is fluid through the day to accommodate guest preferences. 

- Shopping assistance (we have a list of recommended fixed price shops where the quality of goods is assured and guests are not subjected to haggling. Alternatively, we can take you to local bazaars to experience street shopping). There is no shopping on the tour unless you expressly ask for it; there is so much to see and experience that we prefer to focus on sightseeing. But please tell the guide if you want to buy something; otherwise they won’t take you. 

- Lunch at a popular local café, or a thali meal. Tell the guide what cuisine you want to try and they will take you. If you have dietary restrictions, let them know. We are quite used to dealing with different types of visitors from all corners of the world, and all kinds of dietary issues, including religious requirements, allergies etc.

- All entrance tickets 

- Bottled Water 

- Illustrated Handouts for the tour - Our handouts are well-researched and sometimes contain surprising information.

Hallo Jens, ja, bin HSVer seit ich denken kann... noch mehr von solchen Spielen wie heute, dann habe ich bis zur Tour ne Herzattacke. Aber. Geiles Spiel, 3 Punkte, und den BVB in beiden Spielen geschlagen, was will man mehr.

Wir fahren kurz vor Dir vom 5.03.-18.03. die letzte Runde in SOA mit der DIVA.

Mahlzeit zusammen,

Hab heute nochmal bei AC angerufen und versucht neue Infos zu unseren Flügen zu bekommen. Also wir haben das große Glück in einer Condor Mittelstrecken Maschine zu fliegen, heisst Zwischenlandung in Sharjah

Zumindest konnte ich bei Condor direkt schon Sitzplätze reservieren. Finde ich insbesondere bei einer 3-3Sitzreihe wichtig, sonst sitzen beide getrennt am Gang.

Wer ist denn noch ab Fra 20.25 Uhr dabei?

Vera&Rolf: Vielen Dank für die tollen Bilder! Hattet ihr einen Ausflug über AIDA gebucht oder seit ihr auf eigene Faust los?

@all: Wir werden auf Zypern auf jeden Fall von Bord gehen, da wir noch nie dort waren! Allerdings trauen wir uns wegen dem Linksverkehr nicht einen Mietwagen zu buchen! Wir werden wohl einen Ausflug über AIDA buchen!

AIDA bietet auch für 8 Euro einen Shattle-Bus in die Altstadt von Limassol an.

danke euch für den Tip. Den Bus nehmen wir.

Man ich kanns nicht mehr abwarten. Schnorchelbrille hab ich heute auch schon anpassen lassen.(brauche sie als Brillenträger in meiner Sehstärke) wenn die fertig ist dann dann dann fahr ich aber los.
