wir sind am 22.2. mit der Diva auf Aruba und überlegen eine Fahrt mit dem U-Boot Atlantis. Gibt es hier Erfahrungsberichte darüber? Hier um Forum wurde noch nicht drauf eingegangen... Uns würd interessieren ob sich das Geld lohnt und ob man da das Wrack der Antilla ansteuert (zB beim Aida-Ausflug).

Im Barbados-Thread hab ich etwa gelesen, dass das Wasser oft trüb ist und man wenig sieht...

kann jemand was zu Herods Tours sagen? Ist auf Tripadvisor sehr gut bewertet, im Forum hab ich aber bisher nichts zu ihm gefunden...

Wollen nämlich unbedingt eine Land & Sea Tour machen (sind am 29.2.2016 mit der Diva auf St. Lucia), da wir uns im Forum davon überzeugen haben lassen, dass man St. Lucia am besten per Bus+Boot kombiniert erkundet. Der vielfach genannte Spencer Ambrose bietet leider keine Bus hin/Boot zurück Tour mehr an, sondern nur mehr Hin- UND Retour mit Boot. Das wollen wir aber auch nicht. So sind wir auf Herods gekommen - die Tour klingt toll und es ist mit 85 $ pro Person vergleichsweise günstig inkl. Lunch.

Da wir uns im Forum davon überzeugen haben lassen, dass man St. Lucia am besten per Bus+Boot kombiniert erkundet, haben wir eine Anfrage an Herods Tours gestellt - auf tripadvisor sehr gut bewertet und preislich auch vergleichsweise ok. Leider fährt er die Tour erst ab 10 Personen und bisher gab es noch keine Anmeldungen. haben den Rochen-Ausflug über AIDA gebucht und ich wollt mal nachfragen, wie das mit Wertsachen ist, die man auf diesen Ausflug mitnimmt, während man im Wasser ist. Kann man die irgendwo am Boot wegsperren?

also wir starten übermorgen in die Karibik und fliegen auch zurück mit Air Berlin von La Romana nach Düsseldorf samstags um 17:35. Wir haben bei AIDA angefragt wie es ausschaut zeitlich mit Ausflügen am Abreisetag und es wurde uns gesagt, dass man Ausflüge buchen kann, bei denen man ca. um 14 Uhr wieder am Schiff ist.

Haben zwar relativ viel über AIDA gebucht, aber ich denk bei "Neulingen" ist das auch ganz verständlich, dass man da die sichere Variante wählt...

Leider - und das ist das einzige Negative! - haben wir über Vario eine Kabine mit 2 getrennten Betten zugeteilt bekommen... ist halt nicht so romantisch dann... falls jemand das gegenteilige Problem bitte dringend melden!!!! Aber was soll's, damit muss man halt leben wenn man Vario bucht...

Ansonsten freuen wir uns schon sehr, und jetzt sind es ja auch nur mehr 9 Tage - endlich sind wir einstellig!!!!!

wir machen in 2 Wochen unsere erste Kreuzfahrt und haben der Homepage entnommen, dass die Aura nur einen kleinen Wellnessbereich hat (und überhaupt keine WO). Kann mir jemand was darüber erzählen, der schon auf der Aura war? Man bekommt dann auch keine Bademäntel oder so, nicht?

Und sollte ich Massagen für einen Seetag schon vorher buchen, oder sind da auch direkt vor Ort dann noch Plätze frei? Würde mir nämlich vorher mal gern den 1. Seetag anschauen bevor ich für einen späteren buche... wie gesagt wir sind Neulinge...

vielen Dank für die Auskunft. Weisst du zufällig, ob man das auch ohne AIDA Ausflug machen kann, durch Buchung einer Tour einfach vor Ort im Hafen?

Und zur AIDA Tour: könnte man eigentlich auch länger am Doctor's Cave Beach bleiben und halt dann selbständig zurückfahren? Hat das bei euch jemand gemacht oder danach gefragt? Ich denke mal Zeit wär ja dafür...

werden im Februar in Montego Bay sein und würden eigentlich gerne auch was Kulturelles mitnehmen - leider finden sich in diesem Forum keinerlei Erfahrungsberichte über zB das Rose Hall Great House oder das Greenwood Great House.

Kann das jemand empfehlen, bzw wird das auch im Hafen als Tour angeboten? (zB Plantagenhäuser + Montego Bay Citytrip) Oder ist das auch mit Taxi individuell möglich (ca. 15 km von Montego Bay)?
