Das Schöne ist, dass im Ggs. zu normalem Wildwasserrafting es hier wohl keine Steine oder Felsen gibt, die gefährlich werden könnten.

Ich überlege nun, einen Mietwagen zu nehmen und die 85 km zu fahren. Auf dem Rückweg könnte man noch im Shubenacadie Wildlife Park Halt machen. https://wildlifepark.novascotia.ca/ Eintritt für Erwachsene 4,75 CAD, Kinder 2 CAD
Und natürlich auch noch den Titanic-Friedhof Fairview Lawn Cemetery "mitnehmen".

Der normale HoHo-Bus fährt aber nur die 3 Ortsteile von Saguenay an (Chicoutimi, La Baie und Jonquiere). Er fährt NICHT zum Nationalpark. Der ist 32 Meilen entfernt von der Pier.

Naja, ich muss zugeben, meine Tochter hat mir z.T. geholfen, die Witze bei "Siegfried" zu erkennen, z.B. die Parallele zu "Wickie und die starken Männer". Die Art des Klamauks hat mich eben auch an Monty Pythons erinnert, schön schräg, mit Hintersinn.

Travestie habe ich auf der Aura (Kim Bärly) schon so erlebt, dass Kinder und Familien direkt vom Künstler angegriffen wurden, warum sie es wagen, in die Show zu kommen, da die Show doch nicht für sie ausgerichtet sei. Während der Sommerferien vielleicht nicht so passend.
Mich langweilt Travestie, weil es oft so vorhersehbar ist, wie die Witze laufen.

Aber die Geschmäcker sind verschieden.

Wir lieben "Siegfried" und "Sissi". Der Humor dieser Shows geht in Richtung Monthy Pythons. Liegt halt nicht jedem, versteht nicht jeder.

Bei Travestie-Shows ist es doch irgendwie immer dasselbe. Mit vielen Scherzen unter der Gürtellinie (wörtlich gemeint). Kennt man eine, kennt man alle. Das ist nicht mein Fall.

Schlechte SängerInnen hatten wir glücklicherweise auf keiner der 20 Fahrten. Und die TänzerInnen waren immer sehr gut. Im Gegensatz zur Mein Schiff 4 (Ostern 2018), wo es keine einzige Choreographie gab, die 100% synchron war.

Nicht so schön finde ich, dass es so viele kurze Shows gibt, die wohl dem Theatrium und der kurzen Aufmerksamkeitsspanne der Zuschauer geschuldet sind, und dass es fast nur noch die "Best of"- Shows gibt (Abba, Queen, Beatles etc.) und wenig Shows mit Handlung.

Weiß jemand, welche Liegezeiten für Saguenay und für Charlottetown korrekt sind?
In MyAIDA wurden sie scheinbar geändert von

• 8:00 - 18:00 zu 7:00 - 17:00 für Saguenay und
• 9:00 - 19:30 zu 10:00 - 21:30 für Charlottetown.

Man sollte dies ja wissen, wenn man privat was buchen will.

Mit dem früh runter könnte es schwierig werden. Soweit ich weiß, verteilt Aida feste Zeiten (nach Decks?), wann man runter darf/muss.

Ihr wart also nicht während einer Kreuzfahrt dort? Ich frage mich gerade, ob man die Wale nicht auch von der Vita aus sehen könnte, da wir doch genau bei Tadoussac vom St.-Lorenz-Strom in den Saguenay-Fjord "einbiegen".

Themenreisen ab und zu wären eine gute Ergänzung.
Ich würde sofort eine Tanzreise buchen, wenn sie denn in den Ferien läge. Die Tanzreise sollte Workshops und Kurse zu bestimmten Tanzrichtungen bieten: Standard/Latein, Salsa, Tango Argentino, Lindy Hop/Swing, aber auch Modern Dance, Jazz Dance, Step und Zumba. Die Lehrer dürfen dann gerne Stars der Szene sein. Und für die Alleinreisenden ohne (Tanz)Partner sollte es eine Tanzpartnervermittlung geben. Dazu dann noch Shows der Tanzkünstler. So etwas ähnliches gab es wohl schon (mit Motsi Mabuse), aber zu selten, nicht in den Ferien und nicht umfassend genug.

Nachdem wir jetzt mal Mein Schiff 4 ausprobiert haben, kann ich nur feststellen, dass der ganze Volksfest-/Après Ski-/Faschings-Stimmungsquatsch mit Brauhaus, Alpenglühen, Karaoke etc. mir dort überhaupt nicht gefehlt hat.
Andere Dinge vielleicht schon, aber das gehört in ein anderes Thema.

Leider riecht die Vorfreude-Tasche etwas giftig nach Weichmacher etc.
Hier sollte AIDA mehr auf Qualität in der Herstellung achten.
