Hallo aus den Osnabrücker Landen.

Du hattest uns beide ja netterweise für Goa (Tour-Optin II) angemeldet. Bleibt die Tour denn jetzt auch so, wie du sie von dort vorgeschlagen bekommen hast, natürlich ohne Elefanten? Auf der Internetseite von GoaMagic finde ich sie nämlich nicht.
Wollen bzw. können wir denn auch einen Strand aufsuchen? Was sagen die anderen dazu?

Sailing on: AidaAura (Arrive in at 9:00 am and depart at 7:00 pm)

Pickup from: Mangalore docks, inside, where the ship berths

Pickup time: 10 a.m. The driver and guide will wait with placard at the area where you exit immigration/customs.

Nature of the tour: Karkala, Moodbidri, Local Bazaar and Farm Visit

Plan for the day:
* Pickup from docks at 10:00 a.m.
* Transfer to Karkala 1hr 15 mins, drive to the top of the hill to see the Jain Gomateshwara Statue and views of the green countryside
* 12:00 to 12:20 transfer to Soans Farm, visit the farm
* 1 pm transfer to 1000-pillar temple (15 minutes), visit the temple and the local market at Moodbidri
* 2:30 p.m. depart back to docks by 4:30 pm (you can bring sandwiches or snacks from the ship to eat on the ride back)

Duration: Full day. The vehicle will drop you to the ship at the end of the tour

Cost: Rs 19,500 using a Tempo traveler, to be paid in cash Rupees to the guide
You can bring any currency the accompanied guide will assist you to exchange the same in Indian currency or you can stop at an ATM to withdraw cash

Inclusions: Pickup from docks where the ship berths, English-speaking escort, AC transport, driver with cell phone, fuel, parking charges, tolls, entrances, bottled water, all taxes.

Excludes: Entrance ticket Rs 200 extra per person for Soans Farm, meals, insurance, tips

Cancellation Terms: The tour is fully refundable if you cancel with 48 hours notice. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, we will retain 50% of the tour fee. We reserve the right to cancel or change any tour, advertised schedule, or route without notice and assume no liability or responsibility for any conditions beyond our control that may interrupt or cancel any tour. However, if we cancel a tour, we will give you a full refund.

Please note: Mangalore is a small port town, and there isn’t a big English-speaking tourism industry there, so full time high quality professional guides are not available in this town. What we provide are English-speaking escorts for the tour, along with car and driver and a tour itinerary of places to visit which we have checked out and visited and think you will find interesting. This is a beautiful green stretch of the country, a fertile land and a lazy slow way of life. There are excellent restaurants in Mangalore as well, and seafood is the local specialty cuisine. A lot of Indian tourists go to the coastal areas there on the temple circuits, as there are some very important pilgrimage centers
