Ich habe die ersten 2 Wochen im August Urlaub, Andreas nur die zweite.
Ein Wochenende in dieser Zeit würde also gut passen, vorausgesetzt wir finden eine
Unterbringung für den Hund.

ich kann nix finden .
Frankfurt wäre für uns auch näher gewesen, aber ich habe auf die 23 Kg Freigepäck bei AB spekuliert.
Jetzt hoffe ich nur, dass das auch so wird.

Auf die Kabinenzuteilung müssen wir auch noch ewig warten, aber das ist das Spiel bei vario.

Genug gejammert, jetzt freuen wir uns auf den Ausflug mit Calabaza .

8 Leutchen hier aus dem Forum hatten den Ausflug schon vor uns gebucht .

Die Infos zu den Fähren habe ich auch gefunden, St. Vincent selbst scheint ja nicht so viel zu bieten,
Wir fahren dann wahrscheinlich auch nach Bequia rüber.

Wer fliegt noch ab Düsseldorf?
Gibt's schon Infos bezüglich der Flugzeiten, bzw. fliegt wieder AB?

Das war zu meiner Sicherheit.
So, die Kohle ist gleich gut und das Grillen kann beginnen.

Sport kenne ich ja auch nicht, von daher habe ich nur gejammert und geflucht.
Geschafft hab ich's, aber frag nicht wie .
Oben durfte ich noch nicht mal ein Bier trinken, da ich so fertig war und der Abstieg noch bevorstand.
Erst auf der Mitterkaseralm gab's ein Weizen.

die Tour kostet 110 US$ pro Person und dauert 5 Stunden (Lunch Cruises), Essen und Getränke sind dabei.

Our
rates are BDS$220.00 (US$110.00) per person (children under 12 years
are BDS$180.00 (US$90.00) for the five hour lunch cruise, we limit
ourselves to 12 guests to provide a more intimate and personal setting.

Transport
from and to the port is included, banana bread upon boarding,
hors'doeuvres, buffet lunch, dessert and of course drinks. Lunch is
typically, rice, pasta, couscous, garlic bread, green salad, mixed
salad, bean salad, vegetable or coleslaw, fish and either chicken, pork,
ham or beef. Please let me know of any food allergies when booking.

We do two snorkel stops, one at the turtles and one at a reef and/or wreck, another stop for lunch and a swim. Please note
there are only a couple of spots where the turtles hang out, there is
no guarantee you will see turtles, although the times we dont see them
are rare. and of course other boats go to see the turtles as well, we do
try to avoid the crowds whenever we can, but sometimes it is
unavoidable. For the reef snorkel we tend to choose a spot where its
easy snorkeling, its not the number one reef on the island, but then
again you dont have to fight the current and struggle along. We do feed
the fish and the turtles, without food neither fish nor turtles will
make an appearance.

The
location of our second stop for snorkeling at a reef and/or shipwreck
depends a lot on sea and wind conditions, and most of the time we choose
to snorkel on a reef that is nice, but not the number one reef in
Barbados, however, it does make for a better and more relaxed snorkel
experience, as there is no current and its closer to the beach .

Masks,
snorkels and fins are provided and have snorkel vests if needed. We
also have two bathrooms on board, boys and girls, just in case

There
is plenty of shade and sunny spots on the boat for the fair skinned and
for the tan lovers. Getting into the water is via a swim ladder at the
back, any difficulties, our crew stands by to give you a helping hand.

We leave from Bridgetown at 9:30am. and return at 2:30 p.m., pick up time at the port is 9:00 am.

you would expect, in case of cancellation, there is a charge of 20% at
48 hours notice, 50% at 24 hours notice which rises to 100% on the day

Should there be any problems with the ship not coming into port for whatever reason, there are no charges.

Pick up time at the port is 9:00 am at Gate one

WE OPERATE ON LOCAL BARBADOS TIME if in doubt please check on the ship-

Please allow 15 mins from the ship to the meeting point, just in case your ship docks at the far end of the port.

Exit
the cruise terminal hall through door marked booked excursions and
tours - gate one is just short to your right - you will see an area with
some benches and a little bar to your right. Do not go out of the
port, gate One is inside the port - taxi driver will have sign with our
name on it (CALABAZA)- in case of any problems you can call me at 826
4048.

We
do not allow shoes to be worn on the boat, they are to be taken off
before boarding, no worries, we will keep them safe and give them back
when we get back to the dock. Just keep this in mind when choosing your
footwear for the day.

Cancellation fees apply 48 hours prior to your cruising date with Calabaza, credit cards will be charged in local currency.

Please
be advised that Calabaza Cruises sails promptly at 9:30 am. We cannot
be responsible for any late arrivals at the Gate and 100% cancellation
fee will be charged due to lateness.

If
the weather prevents Calabaza Cruises from sailing on the day of your
booking, there will be no charges and we will inform you at the gate and
assist with alternate arrangements. If you wish to cancel you have 48
hours before the booked day of the cruise to do such without incurring
cancellation fees.

All you need to bring is towels, sunscreen and sunshine, the rest we supply

Gina antwortete sehr schnell, so dass ich die Buchung gestern abwickeln konnte.

Woodwind auf Bonaire kann ich euch auch empfehlen, diese haben wir vir 3 Jahren schon einmal gemacht.
Wir haben die Tour morgens gebucht ( 65 US$), so dass der Nachmittag noch zur Verfügung steht.

Ich habe noch gar nicht von unserem vorletzten Wochenende berichtet.
Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Berchtesgaden und die Tour zum Watzmannhaus stand auf dem Programm.
Insgesamt mussten wir 1300 Höhenmeter zurücklegen, der Weg und die Steigung nahmen einfach kein Ende.
Endlich oben angekommen, war ich so platt und fertig, wie noch nie.
Der Dackel hat den Weg besser geschafft, der ist eine halbe Bergziege.

Meine sportliche Betätigung ruht seit dem Skiurlaub im Januar in Frieden. Das hat sich gewaltig gerächt,
nie wieder gehe ich solch eine Tour ohne Vorbereitung an.

Aruba: Eagle Beach beim Amsterdam Manor (dort waren wir letztes Jahr 8 Tage)
Curacao: mal schauen, Cas Abou oder Mamboo Beach, abends Willemstaad (waren letztes Jahr 6 Tage im Blue Bay Beach)
Bonaire: Woodwind, bereits gebucht
Barbados: Katamaranfahrt mit Calabaza, bereits gebucht
Grenada: Grand Anse Beach mit Wassertaxi
Antigua: Jolly Beach mit Taxi

Unser Schwerpunkt liegt auf Strand und Meer, dazu eine gute Infrastuktur und der Tag ist perfekt.
Auf den weiteren Inseln werden wir im Vorfeld nichts buchen.

Nach 2012 fahren wir diese Tour fast identisch noch einmal.
Ausflüge unternehmen wir alle auf eigene Faust, das ist in der Karibik ganz easy.
